Under following conditions, use of this medication is inadvisable. Its use should be withhold as it would cause harm to the patient Acute narrow angle glaucoma. Severe psychosis, history of malignant melanoma. Lactation

What are possible side effects of this medication ?
Nausea, vomiting, postural hypotension. Cardiac arrhythmias. Exacerbation of angina. Alteration in taste sensation. Anorexia, increased risk of GI bleeding in peptic ulcer patients. Abnormal involuntary movements or dyskinesias, delirium. Severe postural hypotension in elderly.
